(Hereinafter referred to as “The Franchisee”)

1. Purpose of Agreement

The Company grants the Franchisee a Digital Franchise opportunity for providing mobile recharge and digital services under the Sunlight Recharge brand.

2. Franchise Fees & Non-Refundable Clause

• Franchise / Registration Fee: ₹3540
• The fee is strictly non-refundable
• No cancellation, refund, or chargeback is permitted

3. Nature of Business

• This is a digital business opportunity, not a job
• No guaranteed income or fixed returns
• Income depends on individual effort

4. Company Responsibilities

• Digital platform access
• Recharge services as per plan
• Business support & guidelines

5. Franchisee Responsibilities

• Follow company policies and ethics
• No false income promises
• Compliance with Indian laws

6. Termination

• Fraud or misuse may lead to termination
• No refund upon termination

7. Legal Indemnity

The Franchisee indemnifies the Company against any legal claims arising due to Franchisee actions.

8. Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to Vellore District Court, Tamil Nadu.

9. Final Declaration

The Franchisee confirms understanding and voluntary acceptance of all terms.
